Well Balanced Class for Seniors starts July 13th

This class is designed to help prevent falls, manage chronic disease, increase activity level and more. It will begin July 13th and will be held at the Longhouse from 9:30-11:00 am and will last 8 weeks. Note that the first class will take place at the Senior Center. The class will be taught by Tolani Franks, Wellness Coordinator and Vivian Garland, Senior Director. Please call the numbers listed on the flyer for more information.
